A: The Gulf Student Engagement Fair is a virtual event offering a platform for students, parents, and school counselors to engage with admissions officers of international universities and colleges. Students eager to study abroad will be able to discuss study options and clarify doubts on admission requirements, as well as get information on scholarships, the application process, accommodation, and much more.

Q: How do I register for the Fair?

A: Colleges, universities, and student support services, please visit the Registration page. Students, families, and other guests, please stay tuned for updated information.

Q: How will the virtual platform work?

A: Once you enter the virtual lobby, you will have access to the following spaces:

Expo Hall: You will be able to view the information from each university when you visit their booth. During the live event, you can also chat with representatives from these institutions!

Auditorium: You will be able to attend the webinars we have scheduled for the day of the event.

Help Desk Chat: If you have any questions about higher education institutions, you can chat with our support team who will be able to guide you.

Q: How will I be able to log in?

A: You will be able to access the Fair with your email address used at the time of registration.

Q: Are there any system requirements to access the platform?

A: We recommend you connect to the Fair on a laptop or desktop computer so you can navigate the booths more easily. You should also use Google Chrome as your browser to ensure a seamless experience.

Q: Who can attend and how much does it cost?

A: Students from Grade 10, 11 & 12, undergraduates, school principals, student counselors, and working professionals are welcome to attend free of cost. Your family and friends are welcome to join too.

Q: What are the benefits of attending the Fair?

A: Students can assess their eligibility for respective universities and get expert advice on the courses. There will be opportunities to attend educational seminars to gain valuable and useful information. Be sure to access all of the information on a range of scholarships and funding opportunities.

Q: How should I prepare for the Fair?

A: List the universities you like to learn more about. Do some research on your own to help you pull together a list of questions for university representatives. Plan your schedule to include time to attend the educational seminars that interest you. Log in 10 minutes before the Fair.

Q: What are the benefits of attending the Fair?

A: The conference will use Kestone, an online AI-powered conference and networking platform to simulate an in-person conference environment. There will be ample opportunities to network with key decision-makers and interact directly with a large segment of students who are interested to pursue higher education abroad. Attract applicants who are not only willing to study abroad but also those qualified for scholarships

What types of students will be in attendance?

A: The students attending this event are from Grade 10, 11 & 12. In addition, ministry officials, parents, working professionals, academicians, educational professionals, HR & Training Managers will also be in attendance.

Q: How many visitors are expected to attend?

A: We expect 3,000 – 4,000 visitors to attend the Fair.

Q: Which countries are the students coming from?

A: The student attendees are primarily from the GCC, Arab, and Asian countries.
